All in all it was a great week. I managed to workout 5 out of 7 days of the week, walking nearly 20 miles total.

On Sunday I walked my fastest mile (22:04) since resuming working out.

I am pleased with this effort.

I can do better though. I want to get back up to walking 6 days a week with an average of 5 miles per day.

08.03.2009 To 08.09.2009 Summary

I didn't walk much this week because I was resting to fully recover after being sick. However I did manage to get back out there this weekend and logged a few miles. It was enough to get me back into the groove. I should return to my normal routine Monday morning.
